1. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” means NocNoc Pty Ltd (ABN 57 687 311 342). “Platform” means the NocNoc app, website and CMS dashboard. “User”, “you” means any person using our services, including attendees, organisers and venues.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NocNoc, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Use of the Platform

You must use NocNoc lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes; upload harmful, offensive or false content; interfere with platform security; or misuse others’ personal information. Organisers must ensure uploaded data (guest lists, floor plans) is accurate and lawfully collected.

4. Accounts and Profiles

Keep your login secure and ensure your information is accurate and up to date.

5. User-Generated Content

By posting content (profiles, photos, messages) on NocNoc, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display that content for event-related purposes; you retain ownership. Do not post content that is defamatory, infringing or unlawful.

6. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may affect access; we will provide reasonable notice where possible.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party sites or services for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or accuracy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design and software on NocNoc are owned by or licensed to NocNoc Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify or reproduce any part without our written consent.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NocNoc Pty Ltd, its directors and employees from claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the platform, breach of these Terms or infringement of another’s rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of NocNoc. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If we are liable, our total liability is limited to amounts paid for any premium services (if applicable).

11. Privacy

Use of NocNoc is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. You may request account deletion at any time.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted; continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
